Wanting to travel with your pet? We can help! We have one doctor on staff who are able to complete international health certificates. There is a lot of information we will need before this appointment, so please get started with the process early. The appointment must be scheduled within 10 days of arrival at your destination.
Every health certificate appointment is an hour long because there is extensive paperwork and examinations to go through. We require a $150 deposit at the time of scheduling, which covers the office exam fee. Additional costs will apply for the paperwork and filing fees required by the country you are traveling to, as well as any required vaccinations or testing. We will not have an exact estimate on the total cost until your appointment because different countries have different requirements.

Finally, please fill out the following questionnaire about your travel plans, and call to schedule an appointment once you are ready to send it.
